I used to use crest whitening strips and they started to hurt my teeth horribly. So since then my teeth have really started to darken and it makes me so mad. I have been trying to find easier cheaper ways to whiten my teeth and I was happy to find your video other things that work are baking soda and bananas. You can mix the lemon juice with the baking soda instead of water.

@sweetsugar289 Im not really sure about lemonade, most lemonades have a ton of sugar in them so that probably wouldnt be the best thing to drink frequently if your goal is a healthier smile :D

@sweetsugar289 you wouldnt wanna get the seeds stuck in your braces, I can imagine itd be a real pain to get them out :D and there's a risk of the lemon juice damaging your braces. Any fruit containing citric acid is beneficial in whitening your teeth (lemon juice is just the strongest), so I would suggest munching on pineapples and oranges and making apples a regular part of your daily diet and you'll start to see a gradual change for the better :D
