the only resistance is that on the bottom of the magnet to the plate... I keep thinking what if I took an Easter Egg and put a large neo in it then filled the rest with paper, would I get the same effect? All of my toys are packed up, would be interested if you could test this idea.

Great job on the numbers. I know mine really cranks up but had no idea just how fast. You are right, you disconnect the power and....it is still spinning away for a very long time. I used Lidmotor's "transformer" coil in my replication. 5 stars.

I'm glad that you figured out how fast that this is spinning and the efficiency. That is exactly what I thought. The numbers on this look really good. I wonder what John Bedini's thoughts are on this? The big bowl looks a little funny but actually it is a really good idea. It keeps that 'snake egg' contained. Not having to use a rotor with the resulting friction losses makes this device more efficient I feel.
