what is the best car to "kind of" drift in this game? The most powerful or is dere one with "DISGUSTING" handling dat I can have fun wid? xD

Actually, It depends on the game-engine(the basement of the game program) and the player I think.

it does, I am a natural drift addict, I even like to slide on San Francisco Rush 2049 & dats not at all a drift game looooool but I kinda try x'D of course I have to forget counter-steer..
