Yes, here in the Northwest of the USA is colder and many more huge trees than almost anywhere.

There are 5 million people around Seattle and I am only about 20 miles from the city center, yet almost like a park out by my home.

@MrGuitar144 - um fairly ok, but the UW is downtown and the U district is a cesspool of poor and homeless street people and beggars

Great school, but the never ending grey days and rain makes us the least desirable city on the west coast. period.

I hate it here now after 51 years of it and moving somewhere warm and sunny.at least 1/2 the time.

We have had only 81 HOURS of 80 degree or better weather all of 2011.

Some cities have that in 4 days!

Nice! It's amazing to me to see some quick throws with small knives-- I've kind of stepped back from them after getting my 12" throwers. That's a great idea for a math class-- see who can count up the score the fastest. :) The kids would love it!

@Xolette - Yeah, those are 10.5 inchers and Craig likes his handmade spikes.

The 12" concrete nail is a great low cost(65 cents each) thrower as well.

@travelinguy06 Can't wait to see the vid! Did you really find Sure Flight throwers? I can't find them anywhere anymore. When I bought them they were $8 a piece and I saw that after 6 months they were up to $20 a piece. Did he grind the heads off the nails? I'll have to pick some up on my next stop in Home Depot. I'll have to copy that list from your Food/Water vid. You're totally right.

This reminds me of how my big brother and his friends taught us to throw edged weapons of all kinds. Circular saw blades,rebar bolts of various lengths and Kabars.We had to stand up so the 18 year olds could show us how Billy Badass they were. The old bag next door ratted out the she was hearing screaming from the garage,"NO friends in the garage" piss my brother off, so he just set up the board about 10 feet from Gladis Kravits window.
