@BJJANDKARATE I don't like elbows out in front of the hips due to the lower back involvement that you see so much of at that point. It's a preference for scott and some others. I think once that happens though it becomes easy to lose isolation. You also don't want the elbow going back either. I will go over this in the future. Boom!
bicep does flexing . supination and pronation is done with the muscles of the forearm (y can tell you them but y dont speak english so y dont know your terms) a muscle does a action with the 2 bones that it is attached to , in that case humerus and the two bones radius and ulna , dont say that pronation is made by bicep cause thats just stupid , unsubbing for that thing , sorry had alot of respect for you ;) have a good day
@TheMRamstaff I realize what I said. I thought bicep curling motion was obvious since that was what I was going over. I think It came out wrong. Without the Bicep you would not be able to do a twisting motion very much (opening doors). I just added that while I was filming and worded it kind of odd. You can lose respect or unsubscribe. I'm not too worried. Watch your bicep muscle while you do that motion and see what it does.
hopefully within these next 2-3 years i can get my bi's to where your at. my bi's have a ton of slow twitch and like minimal fast twitch (can last foreverrrr but not strong)
@NaturalFitnessFoodie That didn't really come out the right way lol...The b icep is involved in that motion but I forgot to mention that it is for curling although I thought that seemed a little obvious. Sometimes I get carried away not to say what I said is completely wrong.
how do i increase the width of my bicep? they appear wide from the side view but from front on they are thin, how do i widen them? much appreciated
