Its still got the dubstep beat - if this was played in a set it would be a nice little break from the heavy wobbles most people expect. Just because its not a typical sound doesnt make it special, shit, or different. genres can be fused without having to create sub genres or even new ones - look at old school hardcore as an example, or even house

The original was nice, Zomby's remix was nice and it should have been left at that imo, Skream jumped on the wagon like an arrogant egotistical knob. @arforcee It has no wobbling bass. Almost all dubstep has oscillation between two LFOs. This doesn't really need a label to be amazing, though.
