  • Audrey was a living angel, and it's our good fortune to have had her in our hearts for even a moment.

  • I LOVE YOU AUDREY..I LOVE YOU..I LOVE YOU..I LOVE YOU :(

  • The cat smelled! That poor cat was soaking wet and miserable to boot! Not to mention a rather good actor... Poor kitty!

  • Actress these days dont have half the skill as audrey did. she REALLY acted, not what these actress do (which is just show a lot of skin) If someone was to ask me who was my fav modern actress i dont think i would have an anwser for them. As an actress my self i don't have many living inspiring actress to look up to. Audrey is my idol and will always be.

  • @carliex3 i am sixteen and this is my faviorite movie of all time. Most girls my age don't understand the beauty of audry and the how great she is as an actress. people these days think a good actress has to only cry and have pretty music being played in the backround. they dont know what true acting is. If someone asked me who my fav. modern day actress is i dont think i could name one. Miley or selena are not actress they just hve goo editors.

  • THIS MOVIE IS A CLASSIC LOVE THAT THERE IS A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT IT!

  • I will always be an Audrey Hepburn admirer and fan. She was beautiful.

  • Blake Edwards died 2 weeks ago. So sad to hear.

  • I have been obsessed with Audrey Hepburn forever. I love her. This movie is incredible because of her.

  • Blake Edwards is so good at filming gala party scenes.

  • Oh gosh, Audrey Hepburn singing Moon River.. *melting*

  • Audrey: Brilliant. And huzzahs to dir. Blake Edwards.

  • from what i can see, the movie looks pretty stupid. AH too skinny and pretentious, its all about AH/ Peppard is a shmuck.

  • @hell0hkitty well, you're not seeing very much then.

  • @Kata397533 no, you just want me to see it thru your eyes and i don't. simple.

  • Audrey, Audrey, Audrey! This film is the one achievement where she has perfected that dizzy air headed girl that for some reason men fall more in love with her for it.

Not that any man could survive living with it day to day, but more that the protective side of men responds to this simple behavior. She is pure beauty and perfection in this role. We all fall in love with her.

  • Wonderful movie--romantic, funny, sad, and a classic example of Hollywood figuring out how to have it both ways with a project. Paramount had a very provocative story in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and wanted to bring it to the screen, but then worried about censor and audience reactions to a story about a NY hooker. So they cast the classy, enchanting Audrey to make it more palatable--and boy did they get lucky! Sometimes Hollywood really gets it right. Sometimes.

  • i wish i had been born at a time when the world was blessed with audrey's ethereal presence. she was truly a gift from God-- an irreplaceable one.

  • the two party extras are so gracious and kind talking about Audrey and the film.

  • I am so sad, I'm in love with a person I can never have. I love u Audrey. You are so classy, and that's what's lacking with women today.

  • Breakfast at Tiffany's is still such a quintessential NYC movie.. coming to the big city to pursue one's dreams! 5/57 is always Audrey at 6am on a Sunday! Crazy NYC party scenes! Moon River is always Audrey's!

  • He's right they don't make movies like that anymore.

  • I love the kitty in the movie...he was so cute.

  • Good dialogue seriously helps and that books is rolling in it...

  • What's the song that Audrey sings in that scene?

  • @fatmusiclover Moonriver.

  • @fatmusiclover The name of the song is "Moon River" written by Henri Mancini.

  • "phew did that cat smell" LOL

  • Audrey Hepburn!<33

  • love this movie one of my all time favourite

  • Yes, 169 East 71st Street is a nice part of town, the Upper East Side of Manhattan. If you get a chance, it's a nice area for a walk & some shopping.

  • good...let them make all the remakes they want! it'll give us something to tear apart. there will always be just one Breakfast At Tiffany's

  • I just love that movie. Favorite Audrey Hepburn movie out of those that I've seen so far.

  • have you seen roman holiday? or funny face? yumy the nun story? ithink yum i love sabrina also

  • Does anyone know the actual address in NYC of the brownstone represented in this movie as her apt building, or even the street and cross street? I'm going to NY soon, and would like to see it?

  • aw the pic at 5:04 is so cute!!

  • This is the best party sequence ever filmed for a movie, in my opinion. If there was ever a party I wanted to go to, this was it. Thanks so much for posting. Check out my 60's channel. Robbie.

  • it's funny, but when you really listen, the lyrics to "Moon River" don't actually make sense. I certainly remember trying to figure them out when I was 7 or 8 years old (when the film came out and the song was popular), and being literal-minded at the time, I decided it was a stupid song.

OK, well, now - I can accept the song as poignant and touching and appropriate for the movie. But I'm not 8 years old anymore, and I have a far better understanding of life, nearly 50 years later!

  • I have one word to say---"fabulous"

  • Universal Picture has a plant to do a remake of this movie and Anne Hathaway will gonna play as Holly...Yes this movie is a legend..timeless thanks to her and they choose a rigth women to play as Holly and not Marilyn Monroe although she's also a legend but Audrey can brings a lot of good performance with elegant style than Marilyn Monroe...sorry to those people who loves Marilyn it's just my opinion!

  • such an iconic movie made for an iconic actress-Audrey Hepburn!!!i don't think any actress can do wonderful job as she done in B @ T!!! No ONE--please no remake

  • Comment removed

  • a stunning movie and a vry stunning actress! a tru classic!! i jst adore audrey and foreva will

  • no offense to Andy Williams, but she did Moon River exactly the way it should be done.

  • oh my god that lady laughing in the mirror really caught my eye even before i watched this documentary. hilarious!

  • I love audrey, so much, and this movie is just amazing. I think it's awful how this has a page and a half of comments but if you look up Hannah Montana the comments are like 10 pages long. Society today :\

  • @carliex3 Sadly, you make a very good point.

  • @carliex3 Don't worry, I think quality never dies, and this movie will be a classic for years and years!!! But in 30 years or more, who will remember Hannah Montana?

I'm a huge fan of Audrey, this movie is my favourite one, and I'm only 21! So I think I 'll show it to my "future" children, so they could appreciate it, etc...

RIP Blake Edwards and Audrey !!!

  • @carliex3 wait 5 or 10 years... everyone will be asking who or what Hannah Montana or even Miley Cyrus is or was ;D!

  • @carliex3 i truly hate when people make these comments, everyone does not like the same thing....you like audrey hepburn but everyone doesnt have to like what you like...and you cant get mad at people, they arent the one who puts the shows in tv...they only watch what they have on tv...I wish that everyone one would like chante moore and not Beyonce dumb ass but hey you cant tell ppl what to do...people like what they like just stfu and what the video ugh

  • Happy Birthday dear Audrey.

  • I adore Audrey and this film!

  • One of my favorite quotes about Audrey is: "Before I even met Audrey, I had a crush on her, and after I met her, just a day later, I felt as if we were old friends . . . most men who worked with her felt both fatherly or brotherly about her, while harboring romantic feelings about her . . . she was the love of my life." It certainly shows in all her documentary videos!

  • Thanks for sharing this...this is soooo cool..... I had always wondered about the making of this beautiful, delightful film...1960,61...
