some of the exercise looks really good. i have a lower back problem for a pretty long time, everytime i do abs exercise it hurts quite a lot, its seems my lower back is really week. and i was been told i need to improve my core, but how can i improve them, if everytime i do sit up or plank it hurts. i just wondering if this can help my lower back. i just dont want to feel pain while im doing abs exercise.

Hey you have some good info. Thanks for sharing and educating people about their body. I have found many people find positive finding on MRIs... disc herniations etc which scare them into thinking they will not improve. I've made a video on the subject if you want to take a look
@vergilandnero Actually, if your back does crack and it hurts I think it's time for you to go see a physical therapist. You shouldn't actually stretch your lower back if you have lowerback injuries, focuc on your hamstrings which will indirectly affect your lower back. I also would refrain from heavier lifting since the reason why you have back pain is that your body actually doesn't know how to activate those particular muscles. Try a physical therapist, preferably naprapath. Hope it helps =)
Is this also core strenth to as well or not or is this the same thing cause i crack my back (which some of u know and you to dtorres101 i think) but either way wat im trying to say is i crack my back a few times even with core strength and i want to stop it once and for all so thats why im asking u dtorres101 can i stop by back from cracking and including lower back injuries and maybe also entire back pain so please help and other youtube users as well so please help me please .
Dude thank you SOOO much for this. I've been looking for lower back routines since I'm having trouble activating those muscles in that particular area. I'm gonna try your routine and report back to you man, once again, thank you!
how many times a week can i do some of these exercises? I have been doing the lying down palms up legs side to side and the lying face down on a inverted bench legs up and out sets 2-3 times a week then slowly including the other exercises as I have a shoulder injury is this to much, btw these exercises are working already lower back does feel stronger just dont want to over do things! thanks
Great exercises, thanks for the help. I was looking online at pics only and you really need someone to do them! These I believe will help a lot. I had back surgery 11 yrs ago but for many years was afraid to do more than walk or swim. Then went back to gym class and hiking but without the core strength my back ends up hurting off and on.
Hi hi! Have you considered the maximus muscle 247 workout (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father gained crazy amounts of muscle with it.
anyone that could answer please do: should i do these exercises while suffering from sciatica? i really need to strengthen my back AS WELL AS lose some weight in order to prevent sciatica from coming back. ive only had it for a few days tho, so its my first time getting it. should i wait for symptoms to subside or should i perform the exercise that are physically doable for me asap? thanks!

I am a back surgery recipient, Spinal discectomy on my L2. I thought I had a good enough work out routine after my surgery, but 3 years after I had a terrible ankle sprain that threw my balance of enough to make my back hurt like never before. Also I have a shorter left leg due to breaking my Femur and having it rodded. I am hopping these workouts will help. Great video
been lifting, resistance training, and doing martial arts for about a year. have great tone all around. except for a little flab on my lower back... kinda weird! Hopin this will help me out heh thanks dude
ty so much. gonna hit these up as soon as my back heals.
never had any problems since im young but now im starting to think exercising w/o putting time into these is like trying to paint without preparing a surface first.
I'm having a back problem , my L4/L5 spiral disc is dislocated . Doctor tell me to make my back stronger to help the spine in good shape . Is these exercise good for me ? I don't want to risk my back if i don't know if its good or not :( . I'll wait for your reply
Thanks very much for the informative video. I tweaked my lower back at work a couple of days ago and its not the first time I've injured my lower back and unfortunately due to my job I've a feeling unless I do something about strengthening it then it will just re-occur.
Obviously I'm resting at the moment until the pain subsides, and it has improved with very gentle exercise.
What would you suggest to start with once I can start exercising again?
@kingjoker510 get an MRI man just to be safe I got a twinge in my lower back skipped training for a week and came on as a sub lasted 5 mins and 3 months later I'm still off work ( I pretty much burst the disc) out for the year playing any sport and that's if I'm lucky. Mind yourself
Daniel, I want to commend you on an excellent illustration on lower back / how to prevent pain demo, very professional and detailed. Thank you for sharing and I look forward to learning more from you!
PLEASE HELP ME! To make a long story short I was dead lifting for football workouts and pretty much used my back to pick up 420 pounds, and right after i finished the rep I felt it immediately. That whole day I couldnt bend over or look down without using my head. It's been 2 months and it still hurts, I seen a chiropractor 5 times and it doesn't seen to help. I have also seen my Dr. But all he says is bed rest and anti-inflammatory. so can some one please help me out.
This is some really good stuff, I suffered from a near slip disc when i was working out some time back and the doctor advised me not to lift heavy stuff. Its been difficult not to be able to work out and my back still hurts. Will try these exercises to see if it helps. Thanks uploader.
Does anyone know if the exercise after the Saxon Bend ( the one where he holds the weight plate above his head) requires to work the right side and after all the reps switch sides and do reps on the other side?
wow thankyou for this, since i was a young teenager I have been involved in sport and martial arts a great deal, every now and again I get really bad lower back pain from exercise, weights, training. I have never done any exercises like this before, never even seen it, really opened my eyes thankyou
I don't know what happened but lately my left hip muscle has been having "sharp pain" when I walk/move in certain ways. I've had lower back injury before (it was on the right side and it was from playing soccer). I haven't done any sports lately. I've been sitting a lot in front of computer.
Anyway, the pain I am feeling is like "bruises" on the side of hip, to the back. Not so much in the front.
Am I in serious trouble? I really don't have time to see a doctor.
Thank you so much for this video. I'm currently suffering from back pain now and I'm currently going to the chiropractor 3 times a week to correct my spine. I appreciate the exercises and the detailed explanation. I'll be sure to visit the website as well!
Thanks for the great video. I have been a bodybuilder now for 15 years and after a deadlift accident have had a chronically sore lower back. I have tried everything from lower back strengthening to yoga with no joy. Any exercise you'd recommend for what appears to be a strained sciatic nerve, as rest hasn't given any improvement. Even a PT told me I would have to live with this, I am just not ready to accept that stance yet.
gr8 vid , ive had back pain for a wile now never really botherd with lower back , fill alot better after doing just one back workout so thanks for this vid ,, question tho on the work out laying flat on bench 5.09 lifting legs after a few months would it be good to add light weights to your ankles ??? thanks dan u.k
My lower back isn't necessarily weak but hurts like crazy due to stiffness. My most recent workout (power cleans at 225lbs, 215lbs and 205lbs all for 5x5) resulted in a very tight lower back that kept me from being able to throw the hammer or the shot put this past weekend. It's not unusual for me to do similar workouts, but it is strange that my lower back is so tight. It's also plaguing my teammates who do not do as intense full body lifting as I do. I'll let you know how much you help soon!
Hello brother...u r doin an excellent job here by providing this informative video to all of us...here i wanna ask u few things...i m into motorcycle track racing and for racers its a need to be lean ...though i started working out few months ago...but recently i have to do lots of sitting cuz of my exams and studies and all the time i was sitting on chair...and developed a little stiff back n pain....i wanna get rid of it..as i have to be fully fit b4 my racing season starts...tHANKS
This is absolutely fantastic. I have suffered from lower back pain for a number of years, but after trying a few of the more basic exercises it has really started to ease it up. Cannot thank you enough for this, the first exercise is similar to something my physio showed me & it really helps.
remember guys knees are made to bend, backs are not.
so use lifting techniques and bend ur legs, I sometimes after a lot of lifting might get minor pains in the knees, but that passes away after a few days.
if you get back pain from lifting it can take years to get away depending on how heavy lifting it was.
This is a good video and you present valuable exercises, but I think you should mention to viewers that these are not beginning strengthening exercises, but more advanced. I also think adding 5# at a time is too much.

Hi, thansk for posting a helpful video. What is your opinion on doing squats with a weighted bar as part of a lower back workout? Also is there any disadvantage using a smith machine to help maintain balance? Many thanks again, Neal.
Hey there, Im 15 years old, and I suffer from lower back pain, I dont know what brought it on, but after taking codine and ibuprofin for th past few months and nothings changed, someone said something about my posture ?? so im going to a phsio, will these back excersizes be useful for me? or will it aggitate it even more?
@Nemitorsis While you are attempting to build up the strength of a new client's back, you should omit those exercises until they are ready for more strenuous and challenging exercises involving the back. Injuries happen when people try to do exercises they are not ready for based on their experience and fitness level.
This is excellent stuff bro. I'm very impressed. I have trained all my life ever since i can remember and I work construction and over the years I have come to the conclusion that in my line of work its of most importance to work out the lower back. Again great stuff, its nice too see a video like this and not people "showin off", if ya know what i mean. Please advise if you have a website or more video's. Cheers
@rcaldwellr Thanks for your kind words. I do have a website with some more info. Perfectsweat. There should be a blue text link above the comment section on this page. Btw, I have a location and a cameraperson all set to shoot the much needed update to this back video. Do out shortly. Thanks.

Hi from england, Wanted to ask if these routines are only for those who suffer from back pains/weak back? I have put on some good muscle recently via weight training but my lower back is lagging behind, i wanted to develop defined lower back as at the moment its more arched inward with little development. Also in this routine you say not to do traditional pull downs for lats, what was the reason? regards.
@invisiblebarriers Greetings, First, about Pull Ups - If No Pain...go ahead and do them. It is my belief that pull ups or sagittal rows are not the areas to focus on if you're trying to improve your back discomfort, in that they 'may' lend to a further rounding of the shoulders and overall posture as is common with back pain in those who have poor lordotic curvature. For low backs that are healthy I prefer to use a 45deg back extension bench w/ an added reverse fly. Email me for more info. Thx.
@invisiblebarriers I think that my lower back and/or my core is weak because just like u i have gained muscle but my lower back has is arched inward,i think abnormally so.I allowed my body to deteriate for years upon years before i decided to do something about my fitness.when i look at my body posture,it looks like it belongs to a man in his fifty's rather than someone in his early 20's.help please
@smalaydrus Doesn't look particularly bad... Scaps rise up at the top of the motion, but some would argue that is the most efficient way to do them...
@jefyulo My man, the main advice I can safely offer is to Not Round the Back during any exercise. Do the oblique and quadratus lumborum exercises. I think those would be safest for you.
Hey Daniel. When I started working out 8 years ago I used to mainly focus on upper body. Naturally when I was younger I neglected my core.. I was at the driving range(golf) I swung the driver really hard and tweaked my lower left back pretty bad.(Right handed swing). Seems like deep tissue damage. Is there other specific exercises you recommend to strength that part. I've been doing the exercise where you hold the plate sideways and lift over the shoulder with the twisting motion so far...
@khyoon14 Good question. If you strained a muscle in a traumatic way, you're going to need to rest it. It's not quite the same as an overuse chronic back condition. After you heal up a bit, it seems that you would need to make sure trunk flexibility aside from just trunk rotation strength is part of your routine. Check on PerfectSweat in a couple days and I'll post a step back med ball rotation exercise that can help.
My back used to hurt when i bent over even when i sat down. i couldn't sit in 1 position for more than 3minutes and my lower back would start hurting.
to b honest all i did was do the 1st exercise where u lay down, put ur legs together and move them from side to side. And that alone fixed my back for a whole day. i do ive been doing it since yesterday. and i barely feel pain in my back now. thanks alot man.
Dude, I am 37 yrs old, I have suffered with lower back pain for the past few years. I do admit that it is probably as a result of visiting the gym and taking part in the 'I can piss higher than you' contest along side very poor form... I am currently in the final week of intensive physio to loosen my lower back. I have short hams, poor lower quads, sore knees (rugby injuries), and solid lower back muscles. Yours is the only vid that makes any sense to me and I will do it and let you know. thanks
bro thank u very much for that , wen i started doin weights i got a disbalance problem and now got S.i problems on left side would anyof the exersises u showed aggrivate the pain
@dimzer111 Greetings, As far as the exercises, I do believe they do well to help si joint pain. I do believe as long as you work in a Pain Free range of motion with Good technique you would benefit. Good Luck
@dtorres101 Thank you so much, your exercises brought me back to life again, I am now pain free!!!
I was stuck in so much pain for more than 3 months and after only 3 weeks of doing the exercises in your video I can now get back to my old self again... Your exercises are now part of my daily life
@dtorres101 Dude, I'm 27 years old. I had that pain 10 years ago. I wanna tell you that your video encourage me to doing these exercises and I hope they'll work out.
Hi danial :)). I am a 30 year old male and have been dealing with lower back pain almost a year:((.. I have been to chiropractic few times but it did not help!! I was told that I have tide muscle issue on my lower back n that's what causes the pain!! I'm asking if I do your training moves is it gonna help my pain goes away or is it too hard on my back due to using weight ??? I have no injury n no disc issue !! Just a tidden muscle on Lowe back!! I'm also thinking to start doing the program cal
@kayvan009 f you've had yourself checked out and are clear of disc pain, truly great for you. I do think these exercises will help. Althought, if your back issues are due to back tightness you would do well to foam roll your hip flexors and gluteus medius. P90X has a wide aray of exercises, if any cause pain, don't do them. Some specific exercises you may consider omitting might be any kind of leg raises that may overwork the hip flexors. I'll go post the foam roll videos at my Perfectsweat

Hey man, is the plank exercise good to do? And I do some stomach exercise too but should I do abs exercise with weights? Or without weight and do like 30 crunches 3 sets? Thx for answer
@Waachia Greetings, Plank, in my experience tends to lead to aggravating the low back if you are currently having discomfort, but it's not a 'dangerous' exercise however. If you have back discomfort, crunches, especially in high volume does not lend well to relief, in many instances it may exacerbate your condition. I would stay away from purely static exercises and trunk flexion and focus more on side flexion and rotation to help the back recover. If no pain, however, those exercises are fine.
@dtorres101 Thank you for your answer. But, I need to somehow get my stomach stronger and my abs because it helps the back also, so what stomach exercise do u recommend? Also, I somehow can't feel any exhaustion in the lower back when I do some of your exercise like lifting a weight straight up when you are standing, all I can feel is the exhaustion in my shoulder muscles. Same thing with the exercise with a medicine ball and you lift it and rotate your back, I cant feel any exhaustion there too
@Waachia In regards to your reply, if you're not experiencing any back discomfort you may consider doing some of the exerciss in my ab video. That being said...rectus abdominis (six pack muscle) is only one of five muscles that have a large contribution to stablizing the lumbar spine. Lactic acid pooling is not the only sign of having worked a muscle. The ball rotation exercise is intentionally easy, in that a lot of people need to create mobility without pain before getting after it. Good Luck
@dtorres101 I do have weak muscles in stomach and lower back so I've got pain sometimes when moving to much or sitting too much. So with that said, should I only do the exercises in the video or abs exercises too ? I'm really thankful for answer.
figure if i lose my spare tire ill have less back problems, i used to be 150 when i was like 17-18 now iam like 225 currently 22 and iam 5`9 so a bit chubby for my height . when i was skinny i had nooo back problems whatsoever, and was brimming with energy light on my feet etc. i figure ill try the back exercises with lower back stretches after, the exercises definately make my back feel a bit better
im 24 and im suffering from pretty bad chronic back pain, along with knots from lower back into my neck...its spread some what into my upper thighs and a bit around my neck
im 24 and im suffering from pretty bad chronic back pain, along with knots from lower back into my neck...its spread some what into my upper thighs and a bit around my neck
@DoObs132 Greetings, In regards to the large area you describe as being painful, it does lead me to be slightly perplexed...Upper Thighs? Chronic & you're 24? I'm sorry to hear this. My first thought is that you may consider more foam rolling of the hip flexors and gluteus medius (side hip) and then consider theraputic massage for entire back area. If the onset of pain was not gradual but rather caused by some sort of trauma you would be wise to get looked at by a specialist. Hope this helps.
Basically what has happened over the years...is poor posture. Being at a computer for 2years of my life at a computer doing design 8hours a day. Also what has happened is riding down a hill on a bmx and my chain slipped and went over the handle bars on broke the fall with both palms and my left shoulder. So my left shoulder has been damaged. But didnt break. And now the right side of my back has compensated for the damage.
Ive had needles but i must really just start swimming
I wanted to come up w/a name for all these exercises so I tried my best at naming them: 1. Lying back leg rotations 2. Opposite Arm/Leg stretch 3. High leg pull in 4. Squat reach and Rotate 5. Up and down weighted tilt 6. Side-to-side overhead weighted tilt 7. Left-to-right weighted tilt 8. Squat extension rotation 9. Inverted bench leg raises 10. Bent reverse flies **Or course you already gave the name for some but I wanted to fill in the spots for the un-named ones :)
@dtorres101 Hey, Im an 18 yr old bodybuilder suffering from back pain caused by heavy deadlifts. It started to happen when I started doing BREATHING squats and deadlifts when you'd use your 10-rep max and then go for 10 more causing it to become a heavy cardio routine.
Would these exercises help my case too?
Any additions to help me? :) 'cause I really want to get back into heavy powerlifting.
@Mu5clehead Greetings, In General you may consider doing most all of the exercises within a pain free range of motion 2xWeek. I do have to say that back pain caused by heavy lifting usually means that it was something traumatic that set this off. In this case it is prudent to have a doc look at u to answer this question. The main question becomes: what will you do to condition yourself to mitigate as much stress as possible during your heavy lifts. Squating again, maybe. Deadlifts... don't know.
No such things as that. There is no such thing as targeting body part for weight loss. The body loses ONLY over all weight. It starts by losing the most fat from the limbs and works its way to the stomach. Its a protective mechanism in case of starvation. So If you want to lose weight just run and swim. Soon enough you will begin losing weight on your limbs and finally your core.
@grover1509 im not trying t sound mean but no matter what exercises u do, you will not necessarily burn fat from the area you exercise, no such thing as spot fat reduction, your body decides where the fat comes off, but to burn more calories focus on exercises that use more muscles or larger muscle groups such as quads and back, the bigger the muscle the more calories it will burn in an exercise. i hope i helped u somehow
@grover1509 - The comment Below is dead on, you dont lose fat in the areas you work. People lose it different places. The notion of "the first place you gained it is the last place you'll lose it" and vice versa is true in my experience. Eating, Grover. That's how. Everything you already know I'm sure. Hope this helps. Oh, and all those people on infomercials saying that you do a specific exercise you'll burn "those love handles sculpt this and that" pls know that it's disingenuous.
hey the way you dictate corrected my mistakes right perfect as i went along with the vid. ima see if you have some stuff for neck whiplash old injury relief.

And what should I do if I already have discopathy (lower back) and strengthening exercises make the pain worse?
Stretching is good but I'd also like to do some lifting and the lower back is very weak so I'm afraid its more likely to get injured...

Great video

Hi Daniel,
Thanks very much for the informative video.
Thanks and regards,
John.

That whole day I couldnt bend over or look down without using my head. It's been 2 months and it still hurts, I seen a chiropractor 5 times and it doesn't seen to help.

I'll let you know how much you help soon!

remember guys knees are made to bend, backs are not.
so use lifting techniques and bend ur legs, I sometimes after a lot of lifting might get minor pains in the knees, but that passes away after a few days.
if you get back pain from lifting it can take years to get away depending on how heavy lifting it was.

Nemitorsis 11 months ago
@Nemitorsis While you are attempting to build up the strength of a new client's back, you should omit those exercises until they are ready for more strenuous and challenging exercises involving the back. Injuries happen when people try to do exercises they are not ready for based on their experience and fitness level.

Hi from england, Wanted to ask if these routines are only for those who suffer from back pains/weak back? I have put on some good muscle recently via weight training but my lower back is lagging behind, i wanted to develop defined lower back as at the moment its more arched inward with little development. Also in this routine you say not to do traditional pull downs for lats, what was the reason? regards.
invisiblebarriers 1 year ago
@invisiblebarriers Greetings, First, about Pull Ups - If No Pain...go ahead and do them. It is my belief that pull ups or sagittal rows are not the areas to focus on if you're trying to improve your back discomfort, in that they 'may' lend to a further rounding of the shoulders and overall posture as is common with back pain in those who have poor lordotic curvature. For low backs that are healthy I prefer to use a 45deg back extension bench w/ an added reverse fly. Email me for more info. Thx.
dtorres101 1 year ago
@invisiblebarriers I think that my lower back and/or my core is weak because just like u i have gained muscle but my lower back has is arched inward,i think abnormally so.I allowed my body to deteriate for years upon years before i decided to do something about my fitness.when i look at my body posture,it looks like it belongs to a man in his fifty's rather than someone in his early 20's.help please

jefyulo 1 year ago
@jefyulo My man, the main advice I can safely offer is to Not Round the Back during any exercise. Do the oblique and quadratus lumborum exercises. I think those would be safest for you.
dtorres101 1 year ago
I've been doing the exercise where you hold the plate sideways and lift over the shoulder with the twisting motion so far...
khyoon14 1 year ago
@khyoon14 Good question. If you strained a muscle in a traumatic way, you're going to need to rest it. It's not quite the same as an overuse chronic back condition. After you heal up a bit, it seems that you would need to make sure trunk flexibility aside from just trunk rotation strength is part of your routine. Check on PerfectSweat in a couple days and I'll post a step back med ball rotation exercise that can help.

@kayvan009 f you've had yourself checked out and are clear of disc pain, truly great for you. I do think these exercises will help.

Waachia 1 year ago
@Waachia Greetings, Plank, in my experience tends to lead to aggravating the low back if you are currently having discomfort, but it's not a 'dangerous' exercise however. If you have back discomfort, crunches, especially in high volume does not lend well to relief, in many instances it may exacerbate your condition. I would stay away from purely static exercises and trunk flexion and focus more on side flexion and rotation to help the back recover. If no pain, however, those exercises are fine.
dtorres101 1 year ago
@dtorres101 Thank you for your answer. But, I need to somehow get my stomach stronger and my abs because it helps the back also, so what stomach exercise do u recommend? Also, I somehow can't feel any exhaustion in the lower back when I do some of your exercise like lifting a weight straight up when you are standing, all I can feel is the exhaustion in my shoulder muscles. Same thing with the exercise with a medicine ball and you lift it and rotate your back, I cant feel any exhaustion there too
Waachia 1 year ago
@Waachia In regards to your reply, if you're not experiencing any back discomfort you may consider doing some of the exerciss in my ab video. That being said...rectus abdominis (six pack muscle) is only one of five muscles that have a large contribution to stablizing the lumbar spine. Lactic acid pooling is not the only sign of having worked a muscle. The ball rotation exercise is intentionally easy, in that a lot of people need to create mobility without pain before getting after it. Good Luck
dtorres101 1 year ago
@dtorres101 I do have weak muscles in stomach and lower back so I've got pain sometimes when moving to much or sitting too much. So with that said, should I only do the exercises in the video or abs exercises too ? I'm really thankful for answer.

im 24 and im suffering from pretty bad chronic back pain, along with knots from lower back into my neck...its spread some what into my upper thighs and a bit around my neck
DoObs132 1 year ago
@DoObs132 Greetings, In regards to the large area you describe as being painful, it does lead me to be slightly perplexed...Upper Thighs? Chronic & you're 24? I'm sorry to hear this. My first thought is that you may consider more foam rolling of the hip flexors and gluteus medius (side hip) and then consider theraputic massage for entire back area. If the onset of pain was not gradual but rather caused by some sort of trauma you would be wise to get looked at by a specialist. Hope this helps.
dtorres101 1 year ago
@dtorres101

@dtorres101 Hey, Im an 18 yr old bodybuilder suffering from back pain caused by heavy deadlifts. It started to happen when I started doing BREATHING squats and deadlifts when you'd use your 10-rep max and then go for 10 more causing it to become a heavy cardio routine.
Would these exercises help my case too?
Any additions to help me? :) 'cause I really want to get back into heavy powerlifting.
Thanks!
Mu5clehead 1 year ago
@Mu5clehead Greetings, In General you may consider doing most all of the exercises within a pain free range of motion 2xWeek. I do have to say that back pain caused by heavy lifting usually means that it was something traumatic that set this off. In this case it is prudent to have a doc look at u to answer this question. The main question becomes: what will you do to condition yourself to mitigate as much stress as possible during your heavy lifts. Squating again, maybe. Deadlifts... don't know.

does these exercises burn fat around the hips for men?
grover1509 1 year ago
@grover1509
TonyFbaby87 1 year ago
@grover1509 nope, not nearly big enough muscles to get heart rate up enough to burn fat. go for a jog
Tiroth77 1 year ago
@grover1509 im not trying t sound mean but no matter what exercises u do, you will not necessarily burn fat from the area you exercise, no such thing as spot fat reduction, your body decides where the fat comes off, but to burn more calories focus on exercises that use more muscles or larger muscle groups such as quads and back, the bigger the muscle the more calories it will burn in an exercise. i hope i helped u somehow
dylan6480 1 year ago
@grover1509 - The comment Below is dead on, you dont lose fat in the areas you work. People lose it different places. The notion of "the first place you gained it is the last place you'll lose it" and vice versa is true in my experience. Eating, Grover. That's how. Everything you already know I'm sure. Hope this helps. Oh, and all those people on infomercials saying that you do a specific exercise you'll burn "those love handles sculpt this and that" pls know that it's disingenuous.
