Just wondering if there is anyone in Orange county interested in working with me. My project is to make a pair of ballet heel boots designed for all day comfort, made form a mold of the foot. Have already procured the Dievous ankle boots and after putting a spacer on the toe tips and stuffing the toebox with clay I can walk some but the only way is to start fresh. If anyone in the area would like to help we would make two pair and split the cost of material.
I wish you luck to make it happen. Perhaps a idea instead of the slim heel make a curc of wooden heel like a wedge to fill it all. And what you have done with clay I did the same but with silicone kid (gel) using to seal of bathtubth watertide. good luck Maria
If you have to ask why... then you don't get the "point" of these sexy heels. If you ever tried even standing in them (and I have)... no less walking in them... you would truly appreciate how amazing she walks in these.
i do point work, which is just about the shoe minus the heel. that is were these "heels" most likly originated, there is nothing beautiful about this its just really ungraceful and unattractive.
