I remember my Dad tossing my High school teachers/principles off the property because they thought I was going to burn eternally because I played D&D stupid on their part dad was a combat instructor for the army (Korean war ) and combat pistol champion.
You know, my dad has been a minister for over 30 years, and he loves science fiction and fantasy. And, he's never had a problem with any of the RPG's I've played. In fact, one of my friend's parents used to play DnD all night while they were dating, then get up and teach Sunday School.
Come to think of it, most Christians friends I've had have either played these games, or didn't care if anyone else did.
The fact that some Christians are foolish and uninformed and far too worried about such things doesn't mean that all of us are. As a Christian, I play Dungeons and Dragons and love it. And I don't play lawful stupid either.
It's ironic how some Christians accused the game of being Satanic when the creator himself was a believer. RIP Gary. Hope you're enjoying that game with Jesus. ^^
Agreed. How would someone like C.S. Lewis or Tolkien feel if he knew that fellow believers of his faith mistakenly thought his work was Satanic? These religious fundamentalists who hate Dungeons and Dragons are really being stupid.
For those interested, I have moved most of my videos over to my other YouTube page which can be found if you search for: Geekpreacher. Thanks.

Most Christians couldn't care less what you do.

Then you obviously did not have to deal with the "Pat Pulling Report" or the ton of anti-D&D religious literature from the 80s and early 90s.
This panel describes those times that many Christians had to face and how they overcame those objections.
