I was a gamer and in the gaming industry when this programme was aired, required watching! You have to realise that back then your home PC was as much about utilities and non-gaming programs as it was about rushing out to get the latest Microprose simulation!
anyone remember a tv that was made just for video games it had swing out panels that the speakers was inclosed on them. It was black GFX or some name like that was sold at electronics boutique .was around 1997 time before ps2 was thought of.

Awww, man, I wanted a talking Julie doll when I was a kid, and it was too darn expensive. I never got one, but I think I would get one nowadays just for the collectible value.

Is that Gary Kildall the software pioneer of CP/M fame? Bill Gates produced a variant of CP/M, which eventually became MS-DOS.
Puck2010 2 years ago
Yes! Scariness.

@Puck2010 Apparently he is indeed of CP/M fame.
bewareofcabbage 2 years ago
Yes, that's THE Gary Kildall. He co-hosted Computer Chronicles with Stuart for a while.
Microsoft bought QDOS, which was a somewhat unauthorized varient of CP/M for the 8086 processor.
