It appears to me that y our son is the bully not the other little boy who is messing with him. I don't think he needed to make the other little boy cry, and then when he sees he is crying he laughs....he is no better than your son, and maybe next time you need to put better footage so it would be easier to see. You can clearly hear that the little boy is crying, at least he did not make your child cry....thank God I was not his mother .
