Ich fahre einen 130i und r32 hatte noch einen S3 kurze zeit!
Der S3 ist deutlich schneller als der M3 E46 und zwar um einiges, und mein 130 i bmw ist auch ganz wenig schneller als der M3. Der S3 ist von motorisierung her wirklich ein Fänomen.
Das einzige was mich an meinen +30i stört ist dass er nicht so gut vorran kommt wie der S3 aber dem 130i fahre ich lieber!
Und noch was an die Markenblinde leute!
Kein auto ist perfekt auch mein BMW nicht, aber als S3 ist es auch nicht schlechter

Der S3 ist um mindestens halbe sekunde und sogar noch schneller als der 130i da ich einen 130i habe und mein bruder einen S3 hat und wir es oft testen kan ich dir das bestätigen. Der M3 E 46 ist schon ein älteres motor und ist auch deutlich schwerer als der 130i und ich verspreche dir dass der 130i um eine wagenlänge schneller bis 100 ist als der m3. Du fährst noch einen Fahrad und willst mir von autos erzählen.
@denod123 der E46 M3 hat 80PS mehr als der S3 8P und braucht 5,2sek auf 100. niemals zieht der S3 da vorbei und schon gleich gar nicht der 130i! es geht hier nicht um Geschmackssache, sondern um Fakten...und Fakt ist nun mal, dass der M3 schneller ist! da kann ich doch auch nichts für. nur weil du vielleicht irgendwann mal einen Idioten der mit seinem M3 nicht umgehen kann verblasen hast, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass er langsamer ist.

@denod123 laut Werk sind´s 5,5 mit S-Tronic. die Tatsache, dass der S3 Allrad hat macht die Sache eh ziemlich schwer zu bewerten. Je schlechter der Untergrund um so mehr profitiert der S3 von seinem Allrad. Denn eigentlich seh ich den in sachen Beschleunigung auf gutem Asphalt nicht unbedingt als Vorteil, da Allrad auch immer Leistung frist. Und 265PS sind nicht so viel, dass der S3 ihn bräuchte...macht aber auf der Strecke und bei schlechten Bedingungen irre viel Laune.
@denod123 ach und dazu kommt, dass das Cabrio knapp 200kg mehr wiegt als das Coupe...das ist schon ne menge Holz. ich will den S3 nicht schlecht reden, aber der M3 ist eine Ikone deutscher Ingenieurskunst, mit Rekordzeiten auf der Schleife in seiner Klasse. naja, ich denk die Sache ist geklärt...mal gewinnt der eine, mal der andere. es kommt auf so viel Dinge mehr an, als nur das Auto und die Leistung.

The thing is. It takes a more skilled driver to unleash the potential of an M3. Anyone can jump into an S3 and it will be fast. That's the main difference. There's ot much in it really between the teo cars. I've shown many an M3 that an S3 can hang with the big boys.
I have no doubt that the M3 is better in some ways. I know which I'd rather drive in the UK winter though.
The E46 M3 is prettier than anything Audi has ever released in the market.

Ich fahre einen 130i und r32 hatte noch einen S3 kurze zeit!
Der S3 ist deutlich schneller als der M3 E46 und zwar um einiges, und mein 130 i bmw ist auch ganz wenig schneller als der M3. Der S3 ist von motorisierung her wirklich ein Fänomen.
Das einzige was mich an meinen +30i stört ist dass er nicht so gut vorran kommt wie der S3 aber dem 130i fahre ich lieber!
Und noch was an die Markenblinde leute!
Kein auto ist perfekt auch mein BMW nicht, aber als S3 ist es auch nicht schlechter

@denod123 der 130i ist schneller als der E46 M3???....du hast den Knall wohl nicht gehört?! Und wenn man in der Lage ist vernünftig mit dem M3 zu starten, ist auch der S3 nicht schneller auf 100! So ein Schwachsinn hab ich selten gelesen! Das schlimme ist, ich glaub du meinst das auch noch ernst!

@ChopStarX Du hast es richtig verstanden. Und ich sage es dir noch mal.
Der S3 ist um mindestens halbe sekunde und sogar noch schneller als der 130i da ich einen 130i habe und mein bruder einen S3 hat und wir es oft testen kan ich dir das bestätigen. Der M3 E 46 ist schon ein älteres motor und ist auch deutlich schwerer als der 130i und ich verspreche dir dass der 130i um eine wagenlänge schneller bis 100 ist als der m3. Du fährst noch einen Fahrad und willst mir von autos erzählen.

@denod123 der E46 M3 hat 80PS mehr als der S3 8P und braucht 5,2sek auf 100. niemals zieht der S3 da vorbei und schon gleich gar nicht der 130i! es geht hier nicht um Geschmackssache, sondern um Fakten...und Fakt ist nun mal, dass der M3 schneller ist! da kann ich doch auch nichts für. nur weil du vielleicht irgendwann mal einen Idioten der mit seinem M3 nicht umgehen kann verblasen hast, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass er langsamer ist.

@ChopStarX ja stimmt ich habe einen cabrio zwar weggeblasen für einen coupe kann ich es nicht sagen aber mit demm s3 bis 100 kan da auch nicht der coupe mithalten wegen dem allrad von s3 und 5.3 sekunden auf 100 sind werkangaben

@denod123 laut Werk sind´s 5,5 mit S-Tronic. die Tatsache, dass der S3 Allrad hat macht die Sache eh ziemlich schwer zu bewerten. Je schlechter der Untergrund um so mehr profitiert der S3 von seinem Allrad. Denn eigentlich seh ich den in sachen Beschleunigung auf gutem Asphalt nicht unbedingt als Vorteil, da Allrad auch immer Leistung frist. Und 265PS sind nicht so viel, dass der S3 ihn bräuchte...macht aber auf der Strecke und bei schlechten Bedingungen irre viel Laune.

@denod123 ach und dazu kommt, dass das Cabrio knapp 200kg mehr wiegt als das Coupe...das ist schon ne menge Holz. ich will den S3 nicht schlecht reden, aber der M3 ist eine Ikone deutscher Ingenieurskunst, mit Rekordzeiten auf der Schleife in seiner Klasse. naja, ich denk die Sache ist geklärt...mal gewinnt der eine, mal der andere. es kommt auf so viel Dinge mehr an, als nur das Auto und die Leistung.

Klar kommt der Audi eher weg, er fährt ja auch eher los ;-) Spätestens nach 200 Metern zieht der alte M3 aber an ihm vorbei.
Dummer Vergleich, versucht da lieber mal mit nem M1.

The Audi S3 is Quattro which means it has 40% of torque on the front axis and 60% of torque on the rear axis, while the BMW M3 has rear traction which makes him loose valuable time [on start] in this battle! ;)

The S3 is 4x4 then snaps forward at the start but then BMW can be seen that recovers quickly. Try putting in a comparison against a RS4 or S3 C63 AMG and a E92 M3, the RS4 look like (or S3) after taking forward a few meters, is left behind by the Mercedes and BMW at the end. ;-)

@salvo155 Era veramente partita bene , solo che la S3 è ha trazione integrale quindi scatta in avanti in partenza ma poi nella parte finale la BMW la recupera subito.

@twister92ita1 Poche auto riescono a reggere il paragone con un "mostro" da 343cv, l'Audi come hai detto giustamente tù è a trazione integrale e quindi parte meglio, da considerare che è un 2.0 turbo da 265cv, cmq anche se inferiore a il turbo che limita il gap in partenza con la M3, mà nulla può l'Audi passati i 200, la Bmw è devastante da quella velocità in poi, arriva fino ai 270, mà quello che conta è in quanto ci arrivi prima rispetto alla S3, anche lei è molto veloce cmq, gran bell'auto

@salvo155 Si, non ci sono dubbi, sono due grandiose auto, però la più potente rimane la BMW, come ho detto nel commento che ho scritto in inglese, la M3 si fa battere dalla Audi S solo per la prima parte in accelerazione dato che la Audi S è a trazione integrale ma poi nella parte finale ovviamente la BMW la supera perchè ha più velocità massima, parliamo delle BMW non limitate, perchè quelle limitate arrivano massimo a 250km/h.

scusami... non riesco a capire... "limitate" non vuol dire che ci sono gli strozzi... vuol dire che arrivati ai 250 la centralina toglie potenza al motore per non fare superare la velocità imposta dalla casa.... ma tu come fai a sapere se sono sbloccate o no... è uno sparo dove al massimo per una ventina di secondi... come puoi capire tu se sono limitate o no?? r

@nonsolosoda So benissimo cosa significa limitate, poi ho detto che "sembrano" limitate, poi non so se lo sono davvero. Perchè di solito in questi video, le auto in questione sono o con centraline rimappate o con il limite elettronico di velocità sbloccato. Poi come ho già detto in accelerazione non si capisce ma comunque avrebbe vinto secondo me la BMW se si arrivava anche fino a 250.

non è fisicamente possibile che un auto con 100 cavalli circa di più e che pesa relativamente poco di più possa perdere.. è una questione fisica.. certo non parliamo di aereodinamiche ecc ecc allora entreremmo in un calvario. Due Grandi auto.. niente da dire!! io le prenderei tutte e due ;) ;) :P

@nonsolosoda Io direi non solo quello, anche la cilindrata senza dubbio fà la differenza, bisogna però dire che grazie alla trazione integrale l'Audi in partenza scatta meglio della M3, mà poi quando i 343cv vengono liberati per l'Audi non c'è più scampo, del resto il 6 cilindri Bmw e sopratutto in questa configurazione è tra i migliori se non il migliore al mondo!!!!

Slin3232, ah come on. Poor excuse. The public roads are nothing like a race track. Rear wheel is only good for dry flat tarmac. In real life, 4 wheel drive far superior. Thats why all rally cars have it....not that public roads are like rally courses but ceretainly a closer match.

The thing is. It takes a more skilled driver to unleash the potential of an M3. Anyone can jump into an S3 and it will be fast. That's the main difference. There's ot much in it really between the teo cars. I've shown many an M3 that an S3 can hang with the big boys.
I have no doubt that the M3 is better in some ways. I know which I'd rather drive in the UK winter though.
