A better idea is for the secret gov. to release Black Project and Top Secret Anti-Gravity technology. That should transfer all this cargo plus the whole damn ship where ever needed. All powered by Free Energy technology that the secret government is holding back as well.

the design is overstated and it makes no practical or economic sense (even if it could fly)... the figures are OVER stated.... just take a look at a K-Max to parallel this design (the K Max already has a working prototype). The optimal future design is a C-17 with engines like the F135 to allow STOL.... Then these ships will be floating mobile islands to allow temporary storage and transfer of goods as well as refueling.
