He had suspected something was up with Fish for a while now.Not everyone in town(Fish's cop buddies per se) are not gonna be okay with it, but cris is not everyone and his reaction is a refreshing surprise.

Here I am an old straight woman..lol, I started watching oltl when I saw some youtube clips of Layla and Cris and thought that looked like an interesting match and the gay storyline just kind of plays into that nicely. Both these actors are playing these roles very well. Fish's parents are coming to town (mom will be played by Fish's real life mom) so this is only going to get better till Fish feels comfortable coming out.
