Could you recommend any books or sources where one can learn a bit more about FM synthesis? You obviously have mastered it, but I often find it hard to tell what I am doing when it comes to FM. Thanks, love your videos.

frequency modulation, same thing as the radio. using an audio band wave form to modulate the pitch of an oscilator (like super fast vibrado) it creates many sidebands.

You can do this two ways with th micron with lfos or with other oscilators

i didn't think much of the FM for a long time mostly because i really wanted a nord lead & you could do crazy stuff with FM & PW but now i'm starting to realize its one of the best things about the micron
