Technically you are right Ferrari did keep one each of the original donor car. Its not a Ferrari its a Glickenhaus P4/5 and they did make two and James has them both. One is on a Enzo chassis and one on a 430 Scuderia.

P 4/5 by Pininfarina now has over 8,000 miles on her.

We're building a Competition version of her P 4/5 Competizione which will race at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring next year.
