  • You can also use craft fur to make theese flies :)

  • great video dont know how i havent come across that before , thanks for doing it

  • what are the clips on your bobbin holder for? just holding materials so that you can find them when you are tying? i might have to do that.

  • Nice fly Corey!

  • another great fly tying video ty

  • awesome fly!... does it work on fresh water stripers?

  • this works awesome for freshwater strippers, i was fishing up in maine on the kennebeck or kennebunk but i took this fly off because i got tired of catching strippers, the next day my arm was sore not from cast but from catching. i advise using this for freshwater strippers.

  • thanx for the reply!! i gotta try them out :P

  • @sasquatch446 I don't know how well this fly would work on strippers. I find different denominations of paper money or bills work the best for strippers. If it's one of those high class gentlemen's clubs then 50's or 100's would probably work the best especially if you are trying to get a lap dance. For stage dancing 5's and 10's will do as well. If you are at a regular strip club then single dollars work on the strippers just fine. But for stripers this fly will probably work well.

  • @tbone2872

You were right about the strippers. During my research I found that the 50's and 100's caught me smaller thinner strippers than the 5's and 10's. Thanks for the advise.

  • I have tried these and they float. It seems they need some weight on the head.

  • Thanks for showing how to shape the peacock herl.

It was driving me crazy how to get them to curve downward.
