  • Why did he say that he is scared, through half of the video??

  • @GermanStreetOrgan

The bystander was making reference to the two organs finally being in perfect sync.

  • I think thats powaybob on utube

  • Colonel bogey..

  • I'm now building one with my dad as a winter project, a John Smith 20 note organ. Like the ones here!

  • Medieval "Stereo"

  • Wow! What coordination! Amazing recovery mid-play!

  • Very good! The trick is for one person to maintain a constant tempo whatever happens, and the other person to follow it. It doesn't work if both people try to follow each other!

  • not necessarily a constant tempo, but certainly "independant", while the second player needs to follow suit

  • They arrangements on these are always so cool. I wish they were still available. to purchase.

  • For music rolls, check with Melvyn Wright.

He also has information about build-it-yourself organ plans and kits!

  • This is not an easy thing to do and to get all the way though is quite an acheivement not to mention the recovery from a bad bit in the middle. I think the slight off tuning adds to the performance, street organs are not concert instruments. I love to see all these home made john smith organs popping up all over the world, they are one of the few thingss left to make nearly everybody smile. Keep up the good work how about a threesome next?
