  • you got 36,458 view for running a midi through a converter and calling it 8-bit. fuck the world

  • This is nowhere near 8-bit. Otherwise, decent work.

  • Castlevania style!!!

  • What exceptionally good 8-bit music this is, well done!

  • Even though not all 8-bit is on the NES, this isn't 8-bit. It sounds way too complex.

  • I know its supposed to be the guitar in the background but it sounds like goats mehhemehemehmeh. Non stop

  • Not all 8-bit music has to be from an NES to be considered 8-bit guys... lol!

    ; )

  • @LegendarySuperMario IT'S MASTER SYSTEM YOU TWAT!

  • @cramdawg64 WELL YOU CAN GO INTERCOURSE YOUR SELF FOR CALLING THIS MAN A TWAT

    GOOD DAY SIR!

*walks off with hat and cane*

  • @MehTheBoy Did you even get the joke?

  • @cramdawg64 if you mean the nes at the time being one of the greatest systems at its time for most of the best games being relesed like super mario world, mega man (i think) ect. then yes!

did you catch my scrasm :s?

  • @MehTheBoy you, sir, are awesome

  • @XxbenburnxX why thank you my good man

  • GXSCC IS'N'T 8 BIT!

  • @axlar1 then quit crying about it.

  • it's from mario paint no??

  • this is actually pretty good :)

  • This song is bad-ass even in 8-bit

  • My God...that's hysterically awesome!

  • its not 8 bit!

  • GXSCC!

  • Wow! Memories abound from this. Nice 8bit remix!

  • Xtreme X versus X2 Zero that doesn't sem like a fair fight (you decide who wins)

  • @nicholascooney plus people think its not real 8-bit

  • Very awesome. :D

  • MEGAMAN 11, PROTOTYPE ZERO FIGHT THEME!!! No? Well. . . I got nothin' then, not bad for an 8-bit mix though.

  • @SpiOfTheShadows Prototype zero? That sound pretty badass

  • @nicholascooney 1. Many people who use it dont say that they used it

    2. Many people who use it dont credit the original .midi maker

  • my rating 9/10

  • too many channels, not true 8bit =/ check these out to do better you next 8bit track

    watch?v=jX3eaNpZ9aw

  • dude i downloaded it do u mind if i put it in a vid if i give you credit

  • @masterburry123 I don't mind... Go ahead!

  • @LegendarySuperMario thanks ill be extra careful to give you credit for this masterpiece

  • @LegendarySuperMario is it possible to use that software in the description to convert mp3 files to midi?

  • is this game on anyother system i NEED IT

  • Wow I Think this Actually Sounds More Badass Than The Original. XD Tha Power Of 8 Bit greatness. :P

  • hey is it me or does this sound like it may in some power rangers game but it could just be me X3

  • X7 X vs X2 Zero? THATS NOT FAIR!

  • The MMX series in 8-Bit would be sexy as hell.

  • Lmao. I guess you haven't played Mega Man Xtreme or Xtreme 2. Although they were good, an entire mainstream series that played that way would be awful.

  • music looks like ninja turtles in NES

  • >I remixed the awesome X Vs. Zero music in X5

    >I remixed

    >Implying that putting a midi that you HAVEN'T EVEN DONE in a program and playing the output makes you a REMIXER.

    >Implying that GXCSS IS 8-bit

Good grief, if you're a remixer, I am Santana's son.

And , sadly, I am not.

Man, fake advertising at it's best.

  • It is like Mortal Kombat 2 musics

  • it vary awsome felling like i'm playing nes.

  • lol

  • @ all o' those pplz who say this isn't 8-bit:

i don't care. i really don't i don't give two shits whether this is actual 8-bit or not. it sounds good. some people need to see the big picture...

  • @The13thRobo what do you mean see the big picture. he said it was 8-bit. it's not 8-bit. that's all there is to it

  • NES was able to produce only 3 tones plus the noise channel at the same time... So I gotta side with whoever says this isn't a very accurate depiction of how this pusic would play out there.

  • Not accurate. The GameBoy 1 had 4 channels, the NES had more, to my knowledge. At least games like Batman: Return of the Joker used more than 3 channels for music.

  • Technically NES had 5 channels... I don't really know what the fifth did, but generally the music was created with 3 + noise. Gameboy had stereo sound which NES didn't.

  • aw really? WHO THE HELL CARES!?!?!?!?! and I'm taking this from a guy who misspelled music? This is a fairly acurate depiction of an 8-bit track thank you very much!

  • @Aison86 @Aison86 Well, technically "pusic" is a typo, though why I reached for P instead of M when I typed that is beyond me - they are, after all, on different rows. You are right in that it's a plausible attempt at an 8-bit version. I'm just approaching this from the NES point of view - and the guy never said it would represent an authentic NES version BUT... I'm not the only one who thinks NES when Megaman is mentioned.

...and I'm taking this from someone who misspelled "accurate".

  • That was a mere failure to correct a mistake. However it is difficult to not to add another channel when doing a remix.

  • @Aison86 In my opinion, therein lies the challenge! :) What are the relevant sounds, what's neglectible? :) I tried this with a few tracks and admittedly, it was not quite so easy.

  • so you would pound down anothers track? Even though you yourself have not perfected it?

  • @Aison86 I wouldn't say I pounded it down. My opinion was based on a biased idea - which I admitted up there. Sounding 8-bit doesn't have to be able to played on NES, and LSM didn't say this was NES accurate. And as for not perfecting it... The music on newer systems than NES feature chords that require more than 3 tones played at the same time, therefore it's IMPOSSIBLE to make them "perfect" for NES. THAT'S where you MUST make the amendments unless you use arpeggios. BTW, it's "another's".

  • Ugh.

Try using actual 8-bit instruments instead of dumping a midi into GSXCC. It sounds like shit and could never play in an NES.

  • wow!!

    thats so cool!

  • Why is X7 Megaman facing X2 Zero?

  • go away douche.

  • Really Cool XD hey can you give me the song PLEASE!!

  • The link for it is in the description...

  • this is megaman x5 on the nes xD

  • *attempts to put x5 disc in his NES*

  • @PIKACHU49386 NES: *Explodes due to it being unable to contain this remix*

  • sounds like a gameboy game or megaman extreme

  • this music sounds kinda like the music in battle in megaville music 5/5

  • it is ;) I've known this song from PPGD: Battle In Megaville for years but I never knew it was this song. found it today after wanting to find it for a loooooong time.

  • fucking cool music!

  • For this to be 8 bit it is still really catchy

  • If they Made Megaman X9 in 16 bits just like how they made megaman 9 8bit id jizz myself

  • It really be cool huh, although...some of the graphics are pretty good in Newer versions of X Games, X 1 2 and 3 are still my favs :P

  • this is for nintendo xD

  • the most epic battle in megaman history you gota admit it especially in megaman x6

  • love it i wish some game maker makes megaman extreme 5!
