I save money on electricity, sleep better & it's just healthier. I'm white & a redhead. Redheads are sensitive to temperature changes.. we can adjust but it takes time. Walking into someones house with the heat banging at 74+ it feels like I've walked into an oven -- the heat literally slaps me in the face.
