This means Tibetan population has to increase nearly 10 times (0.2 m to 2m) during 50 years, is it possible?

First of all, the political system was a slavery system, do you think it should be maintained forever, do you think the Tibetan ppl should be ruled like this? Second, the nation-wide land reformation was NOT conducted in Tibet, but including some neighboring areas. The land was attempted to be redistributed to farmers and slaves in those areas.
