I got a ride in a 747-200 a few years back that was empty and light on fuel. It wasn't that slow really. They really get to getting going after about 80-100 mph. I know its just a fun video but my ride was good as well.

with a bit of tuning the porsche and the 747 can have the same max groundspeed. The 747 needs to take of at a speed of 370 km/h. I think the Porsche can accelerate much faster. not fair!
@Leonisgoed, If the runway much long ther Boeing 747 would have destroyed the porsche. On this same runway if the porsche was racing the against the Boeing 777-300ER then the aircraft destroy it

THE 747 takes a lot long to get to speed because look how big it it is first off and then the weight to it!!! about 410,000 pounds

it can go at much higher speed then a Porsche is physically able to run.
The 747 can land at high speeds.
at least some seconds) have a higher land speed. Landing gear will totally break doh.
