Personally I like screenflow more than Camtasia. It has 3d rotation support. Also, you can show and hide the mouse pointer after recording.

Screenflow is for Mac. You wouldn't use Screenflow if you are on Windows. Also you can't use Camtasia if you are running Mac OS X.

They are both cool.
