what about just GETUP and MOVE!...i can see this to ge a good thing for therapy for injured ppl or like coma patients or a body that is compromised and not able to get up and move, like delicate mature adults...but if you are able to get up on your own accord and move and experience the normal day to day...why give up that right?
while that is true and great for the people who could use this invention that way, i highly doubt they will be the only ones taking advantage of it...

probably not for normal people to skip exercising. but Could help elderly people to get more mobility and stretch in their bodies.
