Political freedom is the ability to have free speech, free press, freedom to vote without intimidation, and a number of political parties to choose from. Look I know that this was probably propaganda at the time, however it doesnt make any less true. Capitalism may not be perfect, no system is, but its the best we have and has worked for the past 200 years.

Political freedom is the ability to have free speech, free press, freedom to vote without intimidation, and a number of political parties to choose from. Personal freedom is to have less government interference in one's personal life, and suffer less impact from positive discrimination, politically correct ways of thinking, and from vested interest lobby groups like religious, feminists, gays etc.
