Are you allowed to wield that camera openly? If so then Massena is so different than my Marion, Illinois town in its transparency of Town Council proceedings, lol.
My town's Council runs off into "Closed Session" in a back room half the time, and the "minutes" taken down in there are not subject to FOIA either. It's been fought over, but our "Home Rule" government trumps the public right to know. The issue gets thrown out of Court even.
