  • keep your elbows straight and don't pull it back so far so you don't get a chance to rest. You probably won't need that plate. Or the guy to hold it on your back.

  • I used to do this ALOT, I got pretty good too, but theres one thing about this workout, you will always favor one side unintentionally, and thats what causes uneven abs, I will say this gave me a great workout, but not great for a 6 pack. once i switched back to basic crunches and strats it became even again.

  • @6SeatsOver THat's because one of your arms is weaker and one side of your abs is compensating by carrying the full load.

  • Dude ur a freakin beast my teacher had one of those and it is a super hard skill and it will be much harder if you hold your legs out in push up position instead of folding your knees I personally cud prolly barely do that with my knees folded but I ain't dissn u so please by think that I was just sayin it's really hard if u fully extend ur legs it's super intense but I'm sure u cud do it cuz like I said ur a freakin beast lol

  • @riodejaneir10 I agree that, his arms were not straight. Therefore his abs were not be trained and his biceps earns pressures too.

    The leg raises are great, personally i prefer to keep back flat, not go up so far and keep legs completely straight and do reps of 30, but your way will be fine just watch your back.

    The ab roller bit is good, not sure you need so much movement of direction but can't do any harm. The ab roller with weight is fine, but its easier with a weight filled backpack rather than trying to balance a weight on your back.
