few ques,i use the same payware..but i hav not gone thru the entire manual as such..but having watched ur video,i got these doubts...for me,the tcas shows off..i clicked on the range button,but nothing happnd..nxt,i cant get to enable vnav mode..how to go abt that?

Everytime i turn on the A/T and gets passed 60% N1 i get a warning sound, kinda like a horn beeping. Anyone know what I should do? I checked the trim and it was in the right position so clearly it's not it.

@paice95 did this happened on the ground or in the air ??? if yes maybe you didnt set the flaps correctly for take off. , and the take off configuration warning system alerted you. or maybe it was the cabin altitude warning system due to a cabin pressurization problem. i always check the NGX failures in my sim before starting the flight.

@paololol098 I checked everything, from pressurization to flaps. Actually i tried advancing the throttles several time and eventually the yellow caution light lit up and said DOORS. I checked the doors and everything was closed, even the cockpit door was locked, but still didn't get rid of the warning.

@paice95 hmmmmm thats strange. maybe its a damaged or corrupt file that is causing all this. you should run the NGX setup manager and select on repair or delete it completely and start over. try doing this and then check it up.

This is, no doubt, a state of the art aircraft. Unfortunately there is nothing that drives me more crazy than seeing default scenery being used...especially after purchasing such a "high-end" aircraft like this. At least get yourself REX or something to improve your environment..and then get yourself something from the guys at Orbx..I promise you that you'll never want to even look at default scenery again.

Respond to this video... Nice video and beautiful landing. The HGS makes it soooo easy. Don't forget to put your start switches to "Flight" on approach and also retract your landing lights or they'll get ripped off over 230KTS.

This aircraft is the ultimate fps hog, if your not running a decent rig forget it. Randazzo at PMDG was full of it when stating what this software would do FPS wise. If your not overclocking don't bother. Many of the videos on here are by the PMDG staff to make it look like the average user can run this fps turd....

there was obviousely some sort of problem with the autoland as the 'LAND 3' indication was not displayed on the PFD and 'ROLLOUT' and 'FLARE' modes were not armed. i will be making a full autoland tutorial soon though

@FSXpilot767 Propably due to FSRecorder replay. It doesn´t set up properly every system especially when using complex addon aircrafts like the PMDG 737NGX.

@FSXpilot767 In order to get LAND3, you need to ensure that BOTH autopilots are engaged prior to touchdown, which is a requirement for a full autoland! Hope this helps! :) Otherwise this was a very profesionally done I thought.

@pandy280677 as regards to your removed comment (u've probably realised you can get LAND3) but I agree, it would be more logical to call it LAND 2 as it is called in the 757 when autoland is still fail operational but only 2 autopilots. And you are correct, 2 autopilots is the most basic requirement for any autoland (CATII or CATIII) approach. :)

Hey Jojoairbus. Awesome video. Was that a full autoland or did you handfly it? I just bought this package as well and fly the same tutorial flight - when I got to the landing, the tutorial asked you to turn on CMD B as well as CMD A for the autoland. For some reason, I couldn't use CMD B and the autopilot basically failed. I hand flew the last 1000' or so and the landing was okay. Do you have any ideas?
