Well, Xiah, Micky, and Hero went to SM to null their contracts, so that they could review and redo them again. If SM entertainment just a nulls them, and decides not to do anything (or so, "can" them), then that would probably be the end for them.

If anything, they'd probably move to another company (hopefully JYP because they got a good rep in the US). I hope everything can be settled down soon.
