BOGUS!!! I had 2 impressions taken and both were rejected by the lab. My first appointment was March 1. Today is May 5. So much for getting "snap on smile" in 10 days!! Spoke to Paul and Matthew in Customer Service. Two total DOPES. Neither could explain to me WHY I had to take yet a THIRD impression.
