You are not correct from my experience on a well shot, edited, rendered, uploaded video selling the property. We have lots of sales, for cash based on just the real full motion video we do. The biggest critics of videos are agents, realtors, brokers not using them. Get started, keep working hard to polish them. Audio is 40% of the video experience.
Can you comment on the statement you made stating that a listing agent can't promote themselves? I found something to the contrary on another site: Under TRELA ' 15(a)(6)(P), licensees are prohibited from publishing advertisements which fail to identify the person causing the advertisement to be published as a licensed real estate broker or agent.
