@JCristobalProduction What resolution do the video come out as, and can you change that? Also which is easier to use Snagit or Camtasia, when it comes to screen capturing?

@JCristobalProduction Whitch version of Camtasia, or maybe some other image & video editing program, you suggest for me? I need it for my job, but it doesn't have to be super complicated or have all possible features. It's nothing special, just easy to use: cut some vids, edit or convert images, e.t.c. Snagit is ok, but I wanna have couple more, maybe they suits me better. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

The quality of the captured video seems to be pretty bad and so far I am not able to capture the sound of the video (playing with some YouTube videos to practice). Checked all the advanced settings and nothing helps so far. There is a chance I am doing something wrong.
