I'm so happy you found this. The story of this composition is on the web (just search Rosemary Brown, Grubelei, BBC). She "received" the piece from Liszt during a taping at a BBC studio. 5 against 6 in the two hands is very difficult. When she first wrote it down she said she thought she had got it wrong, But when it got played, it came out beautifully.
