on the first one he could easily have gotten the weight from the ring size, she had neck shoulder and back pain, which ofcourse is from not excersising and being overwight, so far all is from the ring size. who doesn't do something with computers and digital pictures now adays, especially overweight people, even if just a hobby. same with creative, or actively involved in art or painting, would be a hit if only a hobby, or if she simply thought of herself as creative
