Technically, #1 doesn't count. Gault takes off his seatbelt willingly. The rock was designed to distract the helicopter, not kill the deputy. The filmmakers of "First Blood" have stated that Rambo doesn't intentionally kill anyone in the first film.

Yes... you can easily pick out CGI images with Blu Ray. With people's faces, you can see every pore, every wrinkle, every line, and in some shots the face has a metalic sheen to it. But overall, it's pretty awesome. With APOCALYPTO, I got so drawn into it. You see such detail, it starts to feel as if you're there. AZ.
