I've wondered for quite a while whether given a selection of photographs of people, and recordings of their voices, whether someone could correctly identify which voice goes with which face. Obviously male versus female would be relatively easy, but I suspect even with a 50:50 chance, that most people would have difficulty deciding which of two guys (or girls) a particular voice belonged to. Rarely does someone look like you expect them to after only hearing their voice.

Suggestions on appearing on camera: that bright light background is very distracting and removes ambience/atmosphere, making for a very sterile (not the same as neutral) viewing experience. Maybe take a little bit more distance from the camera, show a little bit more than just head+shoulders; arms and hand gestures greatly add to liveliness of personal presentation.

As for stiffness: not really, but your choice of clothes is very... retro... :)
