@dponzi56 It's the "Dunlop TurboTune String Winder" head plus what appears to be a "Hitachi DB3DL 3.6-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Screwdriver" (as seen at 1:40 in the video). If you do a search for those exact quotes terms on Amazon, you'll find them. Hope this helps. :-)
@mariekjje you have to block the trem before you take off the string so it retains its springy-ness, then you can take off the locking nut and then you can take off the string :)
