I keep seeing people ask (I'm pretty sure I even asked at one point) but the name of the song is La complainte de Charles et Juliette. if you search Sequelles qu'on aime you can find them on Jamendo.

Fantastic tutorial, brilliant music.
French lyrics aren't bad at all, they go wonderfully with anything related to Steampunk in my opinion..
