Yes you can, i actually do them this way.I find it easier. When im doing my pinch I just use my middle finger and slide it down to the tip of the pick.

If you want to play any of Dime's stuff u want to use at least 10's. I know my guitars, and Fender isn't one 2 play Pantera with

its a pinch harmonic. play the string like you would but let your thumb that holds the pick brush against the string right after strummin. jus research pinch harmonics. u need gain and decent pickups
