I'll remember to smile more- my wife says the same! - only this song is rather 'melancholic' - Hornsby plays rather metronomical. Henley might approve of my 'slow' playing. It's a ballad.
Played this song just the other day - not easy towards the end, so I doubt I'll give this one another shot.
@nomusician Hi, I listened to a Bruce Hornsby version of the song, (performing in Red Bank) has a totally different spin on it. But I liked it allot...Didn't look at all of his versions, although, there were so many really nasty comments on some of his versions of this song. Obviously, they don't know who Bruce is, and what a talent he is. He's totally underrated. I just don't understand why people have to write such cruel comments. Enjoy your day!!
