  • Harry Nilsson's brilliant, Paw. Check him out.

  • I facepalm'd so hard when you said you couldn't figure out that the needle was missing.

  • 19:06

    Paw's reaction is priceless.

I'm sure a bunch of people have told you Paw, but The Red Baron was The Flying Ace's (Snoopy's alter ego) arch enemy.

  • YOU DONT KNOW FIRE!? i LOVE that song! :D

  • LOL dude your such a fucking nerd. but a far and away easy to love nerd for sure :)

  • Cool vid. Great story.

  • watch?v=fSrjFtTPtbo

The song's based on the Dreams that snoopy would have of flying during the "great war", flying over Germany during WW1 and eventually shooting down the Red Baron. Come now Paw, you're supposed to be the repository of older stuff like this.

  • lol your old =3

  • Haha, Snoopy Vs. The Red Baron.

  • Fire by The Crazy World of Arthur Brown is an absolute classic, I can't believe that you haven't heard of it and also the stupid thing kept skipping so you had to carry on...

  • I am going to go downstairs as soon as I have watched both parts of this video and listen to my collection of records

  • Awesome Paw, finding nostalgically important items that you thought were lost forever...

I recently suffered through the same fate re: the hard disk that contained 6 years of my university career! Music, papers, labs, photos, everything. Thought it was lost. Found it last month. NICE!

  • It's not rare or anything - you can totally get The Neverending Story Soundtrack off of Amazon and the like.

Also, to be honest, a lot of the time, when you were like "I'm sure I've heard this before" and stuff, it's because the tracks are so generic!

    Interesting vid so far!

  • I remember one of my friends was so disappointed in his dads musical taste. The heaviest thing he listened to was Dire Straits.

My dad has Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Thriller, ZZ Top, pretty much everything worth mentioning from the 70s and 80s on vinyl.

  • If I remember correctly, there was a comic strip where Snoopy flew his dog house around fighting the Red Baron in a World War 1 setting. The song was based on that comic.

  • I LOVE THE SNOOPY'S CHRISTMAS SONG!

  • I actually found myself singing along with the lyrics to Weird Al's "Lasagna" when you played "La Bamba."

  • Funny how everyone calls it vinyl nowadays. Back then we always just called them records. Ha ha.

  • I've heard of Herb Alpert. We wouldn't have had A&M records without him.
