why does this noise help put us to sleep?...Sometimes i need to put on my radio alarm clock on to a talk show..I don't really listen to what they are talking about..i just seem to need the noise in my bedroom..i tried music but that doesn't work..why do u think I'm this way?
@moneymakergp I sure hope it works for me too. I'm 18 years old, and I just got TMJ related tinnitus 2 weeks ago. It's so difficult it's made me suicidal. I still have two appointments to help get this dealt with. If you have any tips at all, please drop me some, whether it be on nutrition, medical advice, or just helping cope with it. I would appreciate it a lot.
I am in a similar situation. I have had TMJ for almost a decade as a result of lupus. Between the TMJ and daily ibuprofen use, this constant ringing in my ears has gradually gotten worse. I was laying in bed the other night on the verge of a panic attack at the thought of living like this. I would suggest you see a good physical therapist and work on your posture and head position if needed. Stay away from NSAID medications. Meriva-SR is a potent anti-inflammatory that I am now using
I hope you find some relief. I know how horrible it is to live with constant jaw and facial pain. The tinnitus is enough to drive someone over the edge. Hang in there and things will get better.
@spin467 Thank you so much. I really appreciate your support. Things have been getting better, and hopefully there will be a permanent solution some day soon. All the best to you, and I hope that your TMJ will be cured one day as well.
@sassylekky we tried this as last ditch effort. calmed our 7wk fussy/gassy baby girl within seconds. turned it off....crying....back on...she goes silent again.
Hi there, your recording is excellent for putting my baby to sleep ....so thanks a million.
Any chance you can put it on a loop please?

@kiki68980
Just play it loud enough to drown out the screeching. Not loud enough to cause ear damage though. Otherwise just crank it up as needed.
