I am going to try and "break-down" the cultural difference in Boxing styles...But with you using the word NIGGER so freely...this is probably wasted time and energy on my part. When young Black kids first learn the sport of Boxing...their taught foot-movement, head-movement, using the ring, shoulder-rolls, effective jab, speed and defense...Where-as Mexicans are taught to stand in the middle of the ring a just throw punches..so what you call "RUN & HUG"...is actually called "THE SWEET SCIENCE"

I understand about The sweet science explanation, it makes sense, but when people try to abuse that style and try to win by just not fighting and using illegal hugs and unsportsamnship, I don´t like it. Where´s the pride?

So many people use this word because they heard Black People (mostly young and educated black people) use it. Then they (white, Asian, Hispanics) start saying it for one reason...because they think it makes them sound cool...But if you / they feel the need to COPY the IGNORANT PART of someone's culture..It says alot about their character and education (or lack there-of).
By the way, explain why African blacks don´t use that style, mostly American blacks, also why the old school boxers like Hagler didn´t?? I don´t like paying 60 bucks to watch a ball dance.
No it isn't. The rules say holding is NOT allowed. It has become "accepted" for some reason. Go read the rules, it's not allowed.. The sweet science is not about holding. It's about good defense, offense, hitting and not getting hit. It doesn't include hugging.
Berto TKO 10...JUAN Urango has no defense, but then again Berto's D isn't great YET either. Angulo TKO 8, Cintron is on his way down (his last fight should have been TKO loss but ref messed up), and Angulo is on his way up
