I feel that... I'm from ARGENTINA. Not all is about money... They dance all the day... in the streets, in "tanguerias", in "bares".. everywhere! tourist just find them on the streets... dancers are there, since a lot of years ago. Tango is a style of life, not just a resource of money! ¬¬

Thanks for the excellent explanation. (I was wondering about this). I'm also wondering how to actually play tango music - some tips (attitude, approach). The piece I'm working on by Astor Piazzolla seems to get played in a classical style all the time (Bach, Mozart, etc.) whereas I think it needs a different interpretation.

Very nice words of you.. That's my vision of tango too.. I'm from Belgrade, Serbia (former republic of Yugoslavia) tango scene here growing each day.. Many milongas, many dancers...

About couple in video..

They're working hard.. It takes time to learn tango, even for you from Argentina.. People should give them money, or to show them respect for this performance. This is love, this is art, this is passion!
