  • thanks so much!!! i was afraid to cut my own hair but now the salon is so expensive!! now i have the guts to make my own cut! ^^

  • I have hair exactly like yours, but in blonde and I also have side swept bangs.

  • Where did u get da blue thing???????

  • your really good!!

  • your hair is really pretty !!

  • I have that straighter, sadly, i doesnt work on my hair D:

  • your hair color really looks well with your skintone:)

  • $12 for a haircut? Pft, no wonder you're not satisfied. I'm caucasian and I've never been satisfied with the styles I get at caucasian salons. I go to an Asian salon, pay $35+ per haircut, and get a marvelous style every time. Basically, you need to find a salon that would be able to do the style you like.. and don't be stingy.

  • splitins! your accent is adorable.

  • how often do u straighten ur hair?

  • hey , what is trim ?

  • i would never trust myself to cut my own hair.

  • I have those staighteners! :D

  • that looks fantastic!!!!

  • @malaria91 you can cut it wet or dry. Your hair stretches when it's wet so maybe she just likes to cut it dry so that her hair doesn't shrink when it dries

  • aren't you supposed to cut your hair when it's wet? i know it's unhealthy to cut it dry...

  • image how bad this would be if you used regular scissors D: is there a particular size of scissors to use?

  • Creaclip sorry

  • Do you prefer going to the salon or using the creacut

  • A clip like this will never compare with a professional cut, just my opinion. What you think is even is far from being evenly straight and horizontal.

  • your actually really good at cutting your hair!!! HERES A VIDEO I WANT YOU TO DO IF you haven't already done it do a how i do my eyebrows Video? THANKS

  • @HulyaGendj42 thank you... I do a have few in my old makeup video =)

  • Remember to use heat protectant, good video though! ;)

  • flat face aka. iron woman

  • Can you make a video on how you do your makeup? It looks really good. Ur so pretty

  • ...omg, this one took my last nerv ...

  • I here by hire u @anneorshine to be my personal hair stylist :) Thank u. lol(:

  • ur so pretty! and ur hair is to die for :) good job!

  • i cut my fair if i have split ends.

  • what do you use for your eyebrows? what color and stuff? pencil? shadow? i have a very similar color to yours. and whenever i try to find one. it never matches!

  • i love love love all your ideas

  • 1:07 just imagine mistaking that for some kind of plastic straightener.... THE HORROR

  • Leave her alone. Shame on your negative remarks.

She is doing a great service for women.

Keep it up, your doing a wonderful job.

    sincerely, Marcia

  • idk what im doing here or how i got here but... your pretty :P

  • YOU TALK TO MUCH GET TO THE POINT

  • lmao... I KNOW im not the only one who kept pressing the back button and all i heard was "hey guys'' "hey guys" hey guys " XDDD

  • Do you have matte contacts? :0 :)

  • not the "hair" I thought.

  • great tips. saw 4 videos already and yours has been the most helpful. i'm gonna try it on myself.

  • Excellent video! Thank you so much-- exactly what I wanted to know how to do~ yay!! =)

  • I hate how you keep smacking your lips. It took forever to show the ceraclip!

  • nice hair

  • seriously you talk to much.

  • This is definitely my favorite beauty channel! Thanks Ann!

    ~Lexi

  • so you cut your ahir to get rid of split ends.. then straighten it after? okk.

  • sometimes its good to go to a hair salon cause you have splits and giving your hair a little trim isn't good enough cause your splits will get bigger and soon your would probably have to cut like 8inchs of hair off just a friendly advice. :D

  • @chocolatelover205 that's only if you use your everyday scissors... dull scissors causes split ends. Salons have sharp professional shears and if you use the right tool and a method that works well- then it will work... Like stated in my video.

  • @anneorshine What i mean is your no't cutting a lot and your can't get rid of alot of splits ends. I mean i cut my own hair.. and it would be pretty stupid to cut your own hair with everyday scissors...

  • @anneorshine You shouldn't straighten your hair so much thats another thing that causes it to become split and dry. I blow dry my hair and style it or if you do want to straighten your hair then do it from the top down avoiding the tips of your hair. =]

  • @clee012 thanks... I use thermal protecting spray before using heat products =)

  • @chocolatelover205

says an hair salon owner, to have more and more money...

No people the creaclip is really the best innovation ever!! to cut you hair self , no more visit to the expensive hair KUT saloons! where their cut you long hair too much even you say ONLY 5 centimeters they cut 10 ore some idiots 20 cm!!

  • Your hairs really pretty and thanks for the good tips wid all ur videos.

  • Cut bangs please

  • OMG serious? Im a hairstylist and i understand if u want to trim your own bangs.. but let someone else trim the point of the back of you hair?! You can see the hair is not straight in that combthingy or whatever it is that she's using.. All the hair is cut at ones.. If its thats easy, why are there still hairstylist :S i dont recommend trim all the ends of the hair at home

  • Why did this video get so many bad comments? I actually like it!!

  • you look like Kylie Kwong the Chef

  • @emorandomness

I would say no cus it doesn't need it.... I haven't trimmed my hair in 6 months and it's healthy.... If you trim it it will also feel like it's allot shorter for around a week... (:

  • your soo pretty !!! ^_^

  • wen iwas in college .. repeat 10x

  • I haven't cut or trimmed my hair for around 4 months and am trying to grow it out. I always keep an eye out for split ends but do not have any. Do you think I should trim my hair?

  • this works!!! stupid haters LOL

  • @anneorshine Thank you very much! This actually is really helpfull!

  • is you're straightener plugged in?

  • Really useful, thanks:)

  • get better scissors, those are giving you more split ends, their too dull

  • If your trying to save up money sell the fur coat behind you....

  • i love your hair its so pretty :)

  • TIP: if you cut your hair when is wet it will be healtier, but you have to be careful since when it dryes it gets "shorter". I think you should cut your ends just a bit more, because when you finished cutting there were still split ends.

    I hope I have helped! :) xx

  • i notised your hair sucks!!!

  • @cvlsid2 I noticed your spelling sucks.

  • Comment removed

  • do you know were i could buy this CreaClip?

  • in creaclip.com

  • I think you have split ends because you keep straightening your hair. the best solution you have healthy hair is coconut oil. if you go to an indian store or something its really good. but you shouldn't sleep with it in your hair. so right before you take a bath atleast once a week you should put it in your hair and after 30 mins wash it off. if you have oily hair depending on how oily you can reduce the amount you put in. coconut is good because its all natural. so have fun =]

  • I just love all your videos =)

  • @3niR aww... sorry. Did you type in the word identification to prevent from spammers? that might be the issue... sorry I am still looking around for a better method... if you have any suggestion please do share =)

  • you make it looks sooo easy! but I ruined my hair by cutting it myselfXD...whatever..hair grows ^^

  • i love your accent!

  • It's ok, a good stylist won't be offended or get pushy. It's your hair and you are paying this person for a service so don't feel intimidated.

  • The best way to find a good stylist is to ask someone you see with a great cut who cuts their hair. There are a lot of good stylists out there. Schedule a consult appt (usually no charge) and make sure he or she listens to what you want and gives you good feedback, such as "Your hair texture won't give you the same look as in the picture". If you don't feel comfortable, tell the stylist that you need to think about it and you'll call if you decide to get your hair cut.

  • @ohhblueberry You really need a professional to cut layers well. When I was in beauty school, we were told it takes doing 1,000 haircuts to do it well. I have to agree.

  • Great idea! i really love watching your videos!

  • A few tips from a hairstylist: straighten your hair before cutting, this will allow the hair to lay smooth and even, always comb the hair section just before cutting, and hold each section at the same angle as the first one, or the hair won't blend evenly. Be careful when slicing the hair so that you don't cut the whole piece off. Also if you use the clip in the back you will get a rounded shape, so be sure that's what you want.

  • do you wearing circle lens?

  • thanks for the tips :] I need to try your way of cutting because I have the same experience with hairdressers...I want that clip! :)

  • This product would make cutting my own hair so much easier! I never go to a salon to get it cut (bad experience) So this will make my life easier! Thanks

  • kewl i want these.....

  • This looks wicked but I am too scared to try :) I go for a trim every 2 to 3 months but luckily it only costs me about 8 bucks where I live :)

  • I cut my hair myself, too, but I don't have to be too precise. My hair is super long and also curly, so I just cut it while it's wet/straight from the shower, using the layers put in my hair from a salon haircut years ago as a guide. Once it dries and curls back up it doesn't matter if it's perfect (:

I wonder if this product would be effective for trimming one's own bangs? That's one thing I would really love to be able to do myself-- and properly!-- since they need to be trimmed so often.

  • @ohhblueberry oic... I did show it slightly but not into detailed... however w/ thick hair is a lot trickier b/c u would have to cut more.

  • 20 bucks is NOTHING in my country we have to pay at least 70$ just for at trim.....

  • @mayv86 WOAH! really? what country do yhu live in? :S

  • @muahahalolz Norway :-) 20 x 6.5 =130 wich would be CHEAP! but 70$ is normal:-/

If you want both a cut and color it would be around 160$ ok..now I am embarassed:-P

  • I don't get what blog entry? How do we enter? I'm very confused by the steps :S

  • @Eedama96 click on my blog below and you will see the contest post.

  • thank you :)

  • i dont understand step 3 and 4

Can someone put it in a simpler way that i can understand?

  • Comment removed

  • another lazy way to do layers in the back is to bend over and let your hair hang down, tie it with a rubber band, then cut it. It's not bad, but my hair it too thick for that haircut. I'm trying to grow the back layers out and just have layers in the front.

  • @fitnesschaser01 Please DO NOT do this, you won't be happy with the results.

  • my hair is overgrown ._. but i dont wanna go out to get a haircut so i might refer to this more!

  • Hi, i am entering the giveaway :)

i just became a follower of your blog, and my name on blog is Linda .

  • OR You can buy a razor @ sally's to razor cut it...it's actually a lot safer than using scissors it doesn't take that much hair either.

  • @PrincessEladah Sorry, but not really. It's very easy to cut off a whole section your are trying to texturize. Also it's easier to cut yourself. I have lots of scars from cutting hair professionally.

  • @junbug1029 Yes if you don't know what you're doing and have hasty hands. Razoring hair is quicker than scissors. Coming from someone who has been cutting hair and has been around stylists that have been working in Astor Place in Manhattan for years. One wrong chop with a scissor and it's hard to fix. How do you cut yourself with something that has a comb attachment? lol. I've never cut myself.

  • Comment removed

  • So are you a licensed professional cosmetologist? I am. I'm talking about a real razor without a comb and real shears that can cut you to the bone. You need to go to an accredited school and pass your State Board exam to cut hair legally! Are you? I doubt it.

  • @junbug1029 She said in the Beginning she wasntt.

  • @junbug1029 what the heck is your problem? License doesn't say anything... there's a lot of license idiots that shouldn't touch people's hair... and get some hearing aid.

  • @junbug1029 wow you're obnoxious.

  • @blue0eyes6 Really? Lol!

  • what volumizing mousse do you use?

  • @idkdie redken =)

  • I just want to say I love your videos!! So I did everything but I don't have a blog.. I really would like to win so I can try it out and buy it for my friends for Christmas!! Do I have to create a blog account or is there a way to just comment yours without making one?

  • @boraax3 u don't need a blog... just be a blog follower... click on the follow button... it's like subscribing =)

  • @anneorshine oh okay! thanks =)

  • your hair should be wet when you cut it. it damages ur hair when it is dry and you cut it and you get a precise cut when its wet

  • @101Furtado Sorry sweetie, but that's not true. It's no more damaging to cut dry hair than wet hair. The important thing is that it's com-pletely dry, or evenly wet.

  • @ohhblueberry I did that half way into the vid =)

  • Perfect timing just got a hair cut, a choppy bob with side swept bangs, I also brought a pic in, it kinda looks like the pic..kinda. I'm satisfied, I was so sick of the long-ish hair.

  • @riptiderobin15 Ugh, that sounds like exactly what I want, but I'm too scared to get it done. I'm so tired of my hair, it's so long, but I had been trying to grow it out forever. Now I truly understand why I never let it. I'd get the hair cut but I have a round face so I don't think it'd look very good.

  • @XOXSARABELLAXOX483 It's funny, you know, because I have a round face too! And I'd say the haircut suits my face fine. The side swept bangs make the face look more angular and less round, and if you get the length cut below the chin, it won't emphasize your round face as much. I had the "Posh" bob hair cut before and i'd say that hair cut works very good for a round face, as well.
