  • ur japannese?

  • The crystals in the "Geode" that you found formed on organic matter that was trapped in an airtight cavity in the shell while it was under sedements.

  • Nice? Ever find any arrowheads in the creek? I've ben doing ALOT of arrowhead and fossil hunting lately... I might post a vid if you want to see some of my finds.

  • any sharks teeth?

  • "Hey i have some dead sea urchins, wanna play?"

  • Your mom must be proud of the geod

  • I live near the Fall's of the Ohio River and down river I found lots of wonderful Fossil's. Nothing like these! These are so interesting. Thanks for showing them! I'm a new subscriber!

  • The age is 96-98 mya depending on what research you read. That is just into the Upper Cretaceous.. Oh, I see you found an echinoid (urchin), I missed it when was looking up something.

  • the small echinoid might be from different era, i'm not sure, as its composition is closer to sandstone rather than those tan-ish limestone fossils i usually find. i also found small section of corkscrew-looking ammonite (maybe) .... i researched it and it's pattern and shape really resembles Didymoceras... but again, i'm not entirely sure.

  • In that creek I would focus in the shale (clay), especially between any limestone layers. You might find some really cool echinoids like Phymosoma and Goniophorus, and also shark teeth.

  • Thank you for watching! it's really nice to hear from experienced people, i'll probably film the location where i found these so people can see/ tip in on where i should look carefully. :)

  • Nice collection of "Ilymatogyra arietina".

In north Texas you find them in the Mainstreet formation and the next higher Grayson formation. The Grayson ones (like your) are noticabely more robust than the Mainstreet ones.

I think in south Texas the equivalent formations would be upper Georgetown formation and the Del Rio formation.

  • oh i was thinking u like chiseled it outta that rock or something..........

  • any sharks teeth?

  • not yet

  • can u make a vid of how u got out the shells without breaking them????

  • some of those shells are literally "dissolving" out of the ground, lol. u just go and pick them off the ground.

  • Dude, you have a ton of cool stuff around where you live. Artillery shells, bullets, etc. Awesome vids!

  • Bro, your vids are great, keep it up!

  • tacome1942, I have found some really good cutaway images for your mg42 if you would look at this you would understand the trigger system immediatly if you haven't allready

  • yea, but i might have to go with the sem-iauto type. thanks anyways :)

  • hey tacome, where did you find that mg42 image you use in that rescaling vid

  • Awesome fossils!!!

    Happy Hunting!!!

  • Nice fossil collection! The only place that I can find interesting things are in the old barn shed. So far, the only interesting that I found so far is an old powder fire extinguisher container dating from the 1960's. I find it very surprising that your parents won't let you keep rocks in the house and yet they let you make paper firearms. The oyster shells and the rocks at 6:27 are quite interesting.

Looking forward for the field trip vlog. (if u decide to)

  • ohh look FOSSILS!! COOOL sell em on ebay and make million million dolla

  • well, it's just easier/ faster to find things on the ground than making things from scratch. i haven't had much time to make things so i'm showing some of my other hobby to keep others who are interested entertained. so i dont really care if u sub/unsub, i'm just here to share things with people, not for fame.

  • those big things that look like shells might be bigger oysters

  • ur from texas? im from san antonio texas!!!!!!!!!no way dood

  • hey thats cool i know where to get rocks that look just like that on the side of you cus where i hunt at this ranch theres a tone of them there cus it was under water during the ice age lol

  • nice vids dude keep it up

  • what is a fossil? is it just bones from animals or humans?

  • @Rswipeable
