Ha! Bragging about owning 300 acres in WV is like bragging about owning 300 acres in Arkansas, Haiti or Nigeria!!! The reason why you own it is because no one else wants it. The valuation of WV land has little commercial appeal, or that of low residential zoning. Give me 1 acre of So Cal, HI, or NYC any day.
