@GeneralAnimator yes it is.. there's so many programs that work with the G15 screen, for example.. Core Temps will show your tempetures while in game, it's great if you're using a overclocked self build.

The screen is completely unnecessary. She said it displays ammo and count-downs, well if I take my eyes off my screen for a split second to check my ammo, that is half a second more for my enemy to see me and me not to see him.

Using that G15 keyboard programing macro sequence is NOT allowed in WoW and you will most probably get banned after a month or so, so people don´t get too exited about it. Otherwise this keyboard is the best by far I have seen in the market so far even though the LCD screen is a bit worthless.

I have never said macros are not allowed in WoW. I am saying that the G15 keyboard has a function in which you can save a series of spells, bind it to a key and then every time you press that key it will do all the spells you have assigned, this is the part which you are NOT allowed to use in WoW.

I have the G11, but seriously, I havent used any macros. BECAUSE as a healer, for example, you quite often need to cancel spells. But they macro cant do that, it will finish the combo no matter what. Just not working.

The display on my old Z-10 speakers is the same as in G15 keyboard. It shows character details on the screen. It is a gimmick, but might be useful for some people.

The older version is still available, I seen it at Best Buy, but its now 114.99. The lcd screen does help to minimize clutter on the monitor which does help improve visibility in-game without the use of turning the opacity/transparency down. I'll pick the old one over the new because I'm a macro nut and heavily rely on them.
