@mushfarm Well there are really good resturaunts like Outback and Clarks fish camp and Sakuras where they cook right in front of you And this Japeniese resturaunt that has really good food (sry I can't remember the name) and the're two really nice Synagogues and at least twelve awesome Churches. UNF is in Jcksonville (I can't really remember if it is or not!) but if I'm right if you want to go to college or finish school then go there! are lots of really great stores! And a beach! And lots more

I drive through here on the way to my grandmas (she lives in Sebring), and I gotta say, this is a weird city. When I first enter Duval County, there is nothing but swampland. Then suddenly a few miles later- BAM, cityscape. It's not like Atlanta or Orlando, where the city gradually builds up as you enter town.
I love Jax!! It's great here...not too busy like Miami, but not boring like some smaller cities, and the beach usually isn't crowded when I go. Jacksonville 4 life!

Just stay from around the North/West sides of Jax, and you'll have no problem. The only crime is drug related. If you aren't involved in that lifestyle and don't venture to places you shouldn't go, then you'll have no problem and a great quality of life. Jacksonville is beautiful.

I don't think Jacksonville is that different from many other big cities when it comes to crime. In fact, Jacksonville recently just made it into the top 10 safest cities in the USA with population over 500,000.
